Venkateshwara Logistics is tucked away in House No. 13 on the ground floor in M S E Colony. We are near Konena Agraqhara Hal. Being on the ground floor is a must because we are always moving boxes and heavy stuff in and out. The office isn't much to look at. We have a couple of desks, some folders piled up, and a map on the wall that’s seen better days. Logistics is mostly about waiting for trucks and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Bangalore traffic makes our lives difficult every single day, so there is a lot of shouting on the phone trying to find out where a delivery is. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the early mornings. It’s not a glamorous life. Sometimes things get lost or delayed, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the mess. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us because we are here and we do the work. The neighborhood is mostly quiet until one of our big trucks tries to turn into the narrow lane. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors don't mind too much anymore. It’s a practical business and we just try to keep the wheels moving without too much drama.
