Our base of operations is Hno: 102, located on the 8th F Cross in the 14th Main of Indira Colony. This is part of the Rpc Layout in Bangalore, a place that is always buzzing with people and traffic. The office is tucked away in a residential street, so it feels more like a home than a construction company headquarters. We have some heavy desks and a few chairs for visitors, but most of the space is taken up by blueprints and rolls of site plans. You might see some safety helmets or measuring tapes lying around on the shelves. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny showroom to show off. Usually, it is just us talking to contractors or checking on the status of cement deliveries. The layout of the office is a bit cramped because we’ve added more filing cabinets over the years as we took on more work. Outside, the street is usually lined with parked scooters, and there’s a small shop nearby where we grab snacks. It’s a very local way of doing business in Bangalore. We don’t mind the noise from the neighbors or the birds in the trees outside. It’s just a practical spot where we can meet up and decide what needs to be done at the various building sites we are managing around the city. We keep things pretty simple and focus on the daily grind.
