Ensign Equipments Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is at No. 23 Lakshmamma Layout, over in Nagashetty Halli. It’s part of the RMV 2nd Stage area. It’s a decent spot with some trees around, though the road gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. Ensign Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a few rooms filled with machines and spare parts. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a simple one so people know they’re at the right house. We spend our mornings checking the orders that came in overnight. It’s mostly mechanical stuff we deal with here. Some of us have been working together since we were much younger. We don’t have formal meetings; we just stand around the main table and talk about what needs to be fixed or shipped. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but nobody complains much. We usually just order some snacks and keep at it. The office dog hangs out near the door and greets everyone who comes in. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our customers happy so they come back next time. That’s plenty for us. There is always something to tinker with or a box to tape up.
