Nagarjuna Constructions Company

Our branch is located inside the Sunrise Irrigation building on M.G Road. It’s a very easy place to find because we are right near the New Bus Stand here in Chikaballapur. Being so close to the bus stand means there is constant noise and people moving about all day long. Nagarjuna Constructions Company has been operating out of this Karnataka office for some time now. The office is a bit cramped because we share some space, but we make it work. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the main road, so we are always dusting off the table tops. The weather here in Chikaballapur is usually a bit better than in the bigger cities, though it can get quite dry. We don’t have a big reception area or anything, just a few plastic chairs for anyone who needs to wait. Most of our day is spent handling local paperwork and checking in on projects happening around the district. We keep a large map pinned to the wall with all our notes scribbled on it. My colleague usually brings home-cooked lunch, and we eat together at the main desk while the fan spins overhead. It’s a simple setup, nothing too professional looking, but it serves us well. We know most of the shopkeepers on M.G Road by name now. It’s just how things go in a small town like this every single day.
