Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd is based out of Usha Nilaya in Uppalli. We’re in the Indavara Post area of Chickmagalur. It’s a beautiful part of the country, honestly. Our office is associated with the Sharadha household. Working here in the hills is a bit different than the big cities. The air is better, but the roads can be a challenge for the heavy machinery. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the crews. It's a simple operation. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes and old coffee cups. We take care of construction projects around the district. Chickmagalur is a small enough place that everyone knows where everything is. We try to stay organized, though it gets messy when we have multiple projects running at once. It’s not a shiny corporate environment. It’s more of a place where we wear boots and don’t mind a bit of dust. We’ve got the Indavara Post nearby for our mail. The local guys who work with us are hardworking. We just try to do a solid job and go home at the end of the day. It’s quiet work, mostly. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just the ones who stay busy. The rain can be heavy here, so we always keep an eye on the sky.
