Our spot is at 52, 2nd Mainroad in Raghavendra Layout, just near the L&T Southcity area. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, but once you get inside the Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited office, it’s all about the work. We handle quite a bit of the Baneerghatta Road region projects from this location. It’s a functional space with plenty of room for our drafting tables and computers. We aren't a high-end corporate suite; it’s more of a working office where boots are often covered in mud from site visits. We spend our hours checking off lists and making sure the supply chain for our buildings doesn't break down. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don't see. We have a small kitchen area where we drink way too much tea to keep going. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve worked together for a good while. We know each other's quirks. Sometimes the printers act up right when we need to hand out plans, which is frustrating, but we manage. We aren't here to impress anyone with shiny brochures. We just want to make sure the structures we are responsible for are solid and done correctly. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one brick at a time. It’s a plain and simple operation really, just focusing on the nuts and bolts of the trade. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or families, so it’s a pretty decent place to spend the day.
