Nagarjuna Conctruction Company is over at Plot Number 07 in Jaya Enclave, which is in the New Bowenpally area of Secundarabad. Chandra Sekhar Kncharapu is usually the one you will find here if you drop by. The office is located in a residential enclave, so it feels quite tucked away from the main road noise of the city. We have a small space where we keep all our tools, maps, and project files. Secundarabad has grown so much lately, and New Bowenpally is always busy with new houses going up and roads being fixed. Our plot is a bit of a hub for the local crew. You will often see guys sitting around outside on their break or trucks pulling in to drop off materials. It is not a very polished environment. There is usually some sand on the floor and stacks of bricks nearby. We don't have any corporate mission statements hanging on the walls. We just get up, check what needs to be built or fixed, and get to work. The weather can be a real pain when it gets too hot to work outside in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy stuff done early. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors are used to the activity. It is just a regular construction business run by regular people who know how to get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
