Our office is located at No. 568 on the 1st Main Road in Kengeri Satellite Town. We are right near the post office, which is the easiest way to tell people where we are. Bangalore is a massive, crowded city, but Kengeri feels a bit like its own world. Nagarajuna Construction Company Limited has been operating from this spot for quite a while. The traffic on the Main Road can be a real nightmare sometimes, so we hear a lot of horns throughout the day. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few computers and a lot of files about land and building permits. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby. We just have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of calendars on the wall to keep track of deadlines. Most of our time is spent coordinate labor and trying to get materials delivered through the Bangalore traffic. It’s a practical business and we don't put on any acts. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the rain makes everything a mess, but we just clean up and keep going. We are just local people trying to run a construction business in a busy part of Karnataka. If you need us, you can usually find someone in the office from morning until late evening.
