N V R Developers is located at HSR Layout, Kathwada Road 71. HSR is a nice part of town, though it’s gotten a lot more crowded recently. Our office is a straightforward setup. We’ve got a few desks, some chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and a big table in the middle where we spread out our plans and papers. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps sitting around. One of them flickers if you don't hit the switch just right. We’ve got a small fridge for cold drinks, which is a lifesaver in the afternoons. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. We usually have the door open to get a breeze. Sometimes a stray dog will wander in and look around before heading back out. We don’t mind. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We spend most of our day typing away or talking to people on the phone. The rug in the middle of the room is starting to fray at the edges, but it’s been there forever and we’re used to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re just here at number 71, doing our daily tasks and making sure the paperwork gets filed correctly. It’s a simple way to spend the day. We usually lock up around seven and head out to grab some dinner.
