We are N K Realtors, located at 9/A, Jay Mahal Extension, right on the 12th Cross of Nandi Durga Road. Our office is in a nice residential area, and it feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a cold business office. We have been here for a while now, helping people with their housing needs. The 12th Cross is a familiar spot for many in this part of town. We don't have a big staff or a fancy corporate structure. It is mostly a small group of us who handle everything from answering the door to finalising the agreements. We sit around a big table and talk through things with our clients. There is usually a pot of coffee going, and we offer a cup to anyone who stops by. We know the history of many of the houses around Jay Mahal because we have seen them change hands over the years. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just know the local streets and the people who live on them. Our files are organized in a way that only we really understand, but it works for us. It’s a steady, quiet way to earn a living, and we enjoy the daily interactions with our neighbors and the people who come to visit us.
