N G Sheshagiri Rao & Associates is located on Pattabiramaiah Street in the Mavalli area, at number 41335. This part of the city has a lot of history and the streets are quite narrow. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't looking closely at the house numbers. Our office is in an old building that has a lot of character. We have high ceilings and those old-fashioned fans that click while they spin. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if it feels a bit dated. There are just a few of us here, and we’ve been together as a team for quite some time now. We handle a lot of legal and administrative work. It means there are rows and rows of cupboards filled with old files that we still need to keep. We still use a lot of paper here because that is just how we were trained and it feels right. It works for us. Mavalli is a busy place with lots of small shops and eateries nearby. We often grab lunch at one of the local spots on our break. Our days are filled with reading, writing, and talking to clients who have been coming to us for decades. We don't have a social media presence or any fancy marketing. We just answer the phone and help people with their problems one by one. It’s a traditional way of doing business and it suits the neighborhood perfectly. We like the rhythm of this place. It feels like home after all these years.
