You can find us over at 22 Mission Road, inside the Shamarao Compound in Bangalore. It’s one of those older parts of the city that still has a bit of character left. N D Developers Pvt Ltd has been based here for quite some time. The compound is a bit tucked away, which is nice because Mission Road can get incredibly loud with all the buses and cars. We spend our days looking over floor plans and talking to engineers. Our office isn't some high-rise glass building; it’s a practical space where we can actually get things done. We’ve got stacks of paper and samples of materials lying around most of the time. It feels like a real workspace. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We do a lot of walking back and forth between the desks to discuss projects. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes it’s stressful when deadlines are tight, but we usually manage to keep our cool. We like the fact that we’re in a central location, even if the parking can be a total nightmare. If you drop by, you’ll see we are just regular people who enjoy building things. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us.
