N C S Raghavan & Co is based over at 27 Venkatarangapura. It’s a solid old building, and we’ve made our home there for a good number of years. The office is usually humming with the sound of the printer and people chatting over their keyboards. We don't have much in the way of fancy furniture, just some sturdy desks and chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical place for people who have work to do. We deal with a lot of regular clients who have been coming to us for ages. They know where we are and that we’ll be here from morning until evening. Sometimes the mail is late or the internet acts up, but we just work around it like everyone else does. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office or expensive coffee machines. We have a kettle in the corner and a jar of biscuits, and that’s usually enough for us. The area of Venkatarangapura is pretty familiar to all of us who work here. We know the local spots to grab a quick bite. Our days are filled with looking through papers and making sure all the boxes are checked. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but we get things done at our own speed. It’s just a group of us working together in a quiet part of the city. We have a routine that works and we stick to it.
