Our clinic is tucked away in Basaveshwarnagar. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which is nice for a skin clinic. We handle all sorts of skin problems here, from rashes that won't go away to more stubborn issues people have been dealing with for years. The place isn't very large, just a couple of consultation rooms and a waiting area that’s usually got a few people sitting in it. We don't have any of those expensive coffee machines or leather sofas you see in the big city clinics. It’s just a plain room with some chairs and some old magazines on the table. The doctors here have seen it all before, so they don't get surprised by much. We try to be honest with people about how long things take to heal. We’ve got a couple of regular staff members who handle the phones and the files. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s dead quiet. We just take it as it comes.
