Muscle Planet

You can find Muscle Planet at 707 on the second floor of the building in HMT Layout. We’re right on the Vidyaranyapura Main Road, literally next to the Food World, so it’s easy for people to grab their groceries after they finish up here. Being on the second floor helps keep things a bit separate from the noise on the street. It’s a straightforward gym. We have a lot of free weights because that’s what most of the guys here like to use. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve arranged the machines so it doesn’t feel too tight. Vidyaranyapura is a nice, quieter part of Bangalore compared to the center, and the gym reflects that. It’s mostly regulars who have been coming for years. We don’t spend money on big ads or polished signs. The floor is rubber, the walls have some mirrors, and the music is usually whatever is on the radio. It’s a place where you can just do your squats and go home. We don’t have those fancy lockers or a sauna, just a place to change and get to work. It’s honest and it works for the people living in the layout. If you want a place that feels like a real neighborhood spot, that’s what we are. Nothing more, nothing less. We just open up, clean the equipment, and wait for the regulars to show up for their daily routine.
