Muscle And Music Club

So, Muscle And Music Club is tucked away at number 37 on Shankar Matt Main Road. It’s right in Shankarapuram. We are actually right next to the Women Peace League School and very close to the Kidzee, so there’s always a lot of school noise and parents around during the day. It’s a nice, older part of Bangalore with a lot of character. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now. The name kind of tells you what we are about, but we don't try to make it some big production. It’s just a place to get some exercise while listening to some tunes. The space isn't massive, but we make it work. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s the point, isn't it? We get a lot of locals from the 560004 area coming in. It’s a friendly bunch. We don't really have a front desk person standing there in a suit. It’s just us. You might see some old equipment mixed in with the newer stuff, but everything works. It’s a practical setup for people who live around Shankarapuram. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the school and we are right there. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze for parking sometimes, but people usually find a way. Just a regular spot for regular people who want to move a bit. We don't do anything fancy, just music and lifting weights.
