It is a busy little corner of Bangalore. We focus on placements, which basically means we spend our time looking at who needs a job and who needs a worker. It is not a complicated idea, but it takes a lot of time to get it right. We deal with people from all walks of life. The office is simple and stays quite busy during the week. We keep records of different companies and what they are looking for. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. Ulsoor is a great place to be located, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to help people get through the hiring process. Sometimes people are stressed because they have been out of work, and we try to give them a clear idea of what is available. We see a lot of different skills come through here.
