Multi Flex Packaging (India) is situated at No 10-11, near the 24th Cross on 1st Main Road. We’re right in the middle of the estate near Peenya Second Stage. If you know the Peenya area, you know it’s a busy hub for manufacturing and packing. Our place is usually filled with the smell of plastic and the sound of machines running. We’ve got a couple of units joined together to make enough room for the rolls of material and the shipping crates. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team in suits. Most of us wear work clothes and spend our time on the factory floor making sure the machines are fed and the output is looking right. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we’ve learned to speak up to be heard. The road outside is often blocked by big lorries loading up, so we’ve got used to the chaos of the industrial estate. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Despite the growth, we still do things the same way we always have, focusing on the work at hand. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but we take it seriously and make sure the count is right before we close up for the night. We usually finish up late when the orders are heavy.
