Our spot is at No. 18 on the 2nd Cross of Christ Lane in HSR Layout. This is in the Somasandra Palya area near Agara in Bangalore. It is a busy part of the city with a lot of new buildings coming up, but our lane is a bit more settled. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is a small, functional space where we manage our daily business. We don't have a big corporate sign or a polished front desk. Usually, you’ll find us surrounded by files and computers. The space is a bit cramped because we have accumulated a lot of stuff over the years. We have some old desks and chairs that are a bit worn out, but they do the job. We don't spend much time thinking about how the office looks. We are more concerned with keeping our records straight and answering the phone. The traffic in HSR Layout can be pretty bad, so we often work late to avoid the worst of it. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes order snacks from the local shops nearby. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or have big meetings about goals. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. It is just a group of us working in a quiet corner of Bangalore, doing what we need to do to keep things running. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle.
