M/S.Srinidhi Builders & Developers is run by Anil Kumar B. S. and we are based in Manjunath Nagar, Bangalore. You can find our place at No 637 on 9th Main Road. Bangalore is a big, fast city, but our corner in Manjunath Nagar feels a bit more like a real community. We have been working on building and developing properties around here for a while. Our office is pretty simple, just a place to meet and talk about house plans or land deals. Anil is usually around or you can reach him on his mobile, 9845270781. We do not have a big staff with different departments. It is mostly just us and the subcontractors we trust. Some days we are stuck in traffic for hours trying to get to a site, but that is just Bangalore life. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show people what we have built and let them decide. It is a lot of coordination with the city permits and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like the rain stopping a concrete pour, but we just deal with it as it comes. We like working in this part of town because we know the shortcuts and the local shops. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy throughout the year.
