M/S.Radiant Structures Pvt.Ltd

We are located at No.48/49 on the 9th Cross of Sarakki Main Road. It’s right in J.P. Nagar 1st Phase, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. Radiant Structures has been operating out of this building for some time now. The office is split across a couple of rooms, and it’s usually quite full of people and paper. We have long tables where we spread out structural drawings and plans. J.P. Nagar is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, especially during the evening hours. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and someone usually brings in biscuits for the team. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving furniture around, and the lighting is just standard tubelights. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend our hours talking to engineers and making sure the supplies are going to the right sites. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just take a minute to talk about our weekend plans. It’s a friendly enough place, though we stay pretty focused when deadlines are close. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with team-building exercises. We just work together because we've known each other for a long time. It’s a basic setup on Sarakki Main Road, and it serves us well for what we need to do every day in the construction business.
