M/S.Purvankara Projects (P) Ltd., Bangalore

Our spot in Madiwala is tucked away at M.Kullayappa M-3 in Block-M-18. Being in Bangalore, especially an area as busy as Madiwala, means we are used to the constant sound of horns and the smell of exhaust. Purvankara Projects is a big name in real estate, but this office feels more like a workshop. We have site maps rolled up in the corners and stacks of blueprints on almost every flat surface. The chairs are mismatched, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. We spend our time looking at project timelines and talking to contractors who come in with mud on their boots. It’s a practical place for people who actually build things. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors here. Instead, we have a water cooler that everyone congregates around to complain about the Bangalore traffic. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working in the Madiwala office for a while, so we know which local place has the best sambar for lunch. We stay busy with the paperwork and the planning, trying to keep up with the city's growth. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to stay organized amidst all the chaos of the building industry.
