We have our setup over in Varthur, specifically in the Fort Extension area of Bangalore. Gayathri R and the rest of us work out of this office, dealing with various project requirements that come our way. Varthur used to be much quieter, but now it is really picking up with all the new developments. Being near the fort gives it a bit of a different feel compared to the center of the city. We spend our hours going over project details and managing the logistics of whatever we have on our plate. It is a lot of paperwork and coordinating with people on the ground. The commute out here can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from, but once you're here, it is a focused environment. We have a simple office where we keep our records and meet up to discuss the week's tasks. There aren't many frills here, just the usual office supplies and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We deal with various aspects of project management, and it keeps us on our toes. The local area has some good small shops for lunch, which is a nice break from the desk work. It’s just a regular group of people trying to get things done right and making sure the files are in order for the next day. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations, we just do the work.
