We are located over at number 43 in the 1st Stage of Kirloskar Colony. It is a decent spot in Basaveswarnagar, right off the West of Chord Road near Shankarmutt. Bangalore is always moving fast, and this part of the city is no different. Our office stays pretty active with people coming in to talk about properties and housing stuff. It is a regular workplace where we deal with a lot of documents and phone calls all day long. The colony is usually quiet enough, but the traffic on the main roads nearby can be a real headache during peak hours. We have been in this area for a bit, so we know the neighborhood well. It is a mix of residential houses and small offices, which makes it feel more like a community than just a business district. Inside, you’ll find desks piled with site plans and project details. We don't do anything too fancy here; it is just about making sure the details are sorted for whatever project is currently on the go. Most of the staff has been around for a while, and we just go through the daily routine of checking emails and meeting with people. Bangalore 79 is a good place to be based, even with the constant noise of the city. We just keep working through the tasks one by one and try to stay organized so nothing gets lost.
