At M/S.Carl Zesis India Pvt. Ltd., we are located at No. 22 Kensington Road in Ulsoor. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, near the lake and all that. Kensington Road has some nice trees and it’s a bit more relaxed than the center of Bangalore, though the traffic can still be a nightmare during rush hour. Our building is a solid, older structure at number 22. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has that specific smell of old paper and electronics. It’s a big enough space for the team, but it’s definitely not one of those modern "open-plan" places you see in the tech parks. We have our separate corners and we mostly just get on with our jobs. Sometimes we take a walk down towards Ulsoor Lake during the break just to get some fresh air. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of stuff filed away in cabinets and some old equipment that we probably should have moved out years ago. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area, just a kettle and some chairs. It’s a practical environment. We come in, do the work that’s waiting for us, and try to beat the traffic on the way out. It’s a good spot to be.
