You can find us over in Frazer Town on Wheeler’S Road. Specifically, we are at 48, 2nd Cross in the Sindhy Colony. C.E. Ramesh Babu is the one who usually runs things around here. Bangalore has become so crowded lately that getting to the office can take forever, but once you’re in Frazer Town, things feel a little more like the old days. We are developers, so we spend our time looking at plots and trying to figure out where the next project should go. It’s a lot of talking to contractors and checking on materials. Our office is a modest space where we keep all our plans and documents. We don’t go in for big advertisements or loud commercials. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the city. We have a lot of conversations over coffee about how the city is changing. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space left to build anything new, but we find ways. The staff here is small and we’ve all been together for a while. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the buildings we put up are solid. It’s a busy life in a busy city, but we like the area we're in. There is always something new to learn about the real estate market here.
