M/S Vastushilpa Associates

We are located over in Chandralayout, which is a pretty busy part of Bangalore. Specifically, you can find us at Maruthinagar. The office is set up at 13th Main and 14th Cross, in a place called Kailasa, number 6. We share the space with Dr. Guruprasad. Being Vastushilpa Associates, we spend a lot of our time on site visits and looking at drawings. Bangalore traffic is always a headache, so we try to schedule our meetings carefully. It’s not a massive corporate office. It feels more like a home-based setup where we can actually focus on the projects without too much noise. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now. Most of our work involves local building stuff and planning. Sometimes we are stuck at the desk for hours, and other times we are out all day. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy presentations. We just show the work we do. People usually hear about us through friends or neighbors in the Chandralayout area. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you find the 14th Cross, it’s easy to spot. We handle the paperwork and the design side of things. It gets a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We like the local feel of being in Bangalore-72 and being part of the community here. It’s just honest work. We try to be helpful and get the plans finished on time.
