Our office is over in Hosapalya, tucked into the 2nd Cross in the ITI Layout area of Bangalore. It’s No 34, and you have to go up the second stair to find us. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when we’re trying to look over plans. Being developers in a city like Bangalore is a lot of work. There’s always a new regulation to learn or a neighbor with a question. We aren't one of those massive firms with billboards all over the city. We’re more of a local outfit. Our team is small, and we mostly focus on projects nearby. The office is a bit cramped because of all the blueprints and files we keep around. Sometimes we run out of coffee, and someone has to run down the street to the local shop. It’s not a corporate environment. We wear casual clothes and talk plainly. We’ve had some tough times when things didn't go as planned, like when material costs shot up unexpectedly. But we just keep moving. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build things that don't fall down and make sure our clients are satisfied enough to tell their friends about us. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far in this busy neighborhood.
