We are located over at S-65 in the KEC Colony in Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore. This part of the city is quite established, and being on the 3rd Cross makes it a bit of a maze for anyone visiting for the first time. The office itself is part of the 3rd Stage, 4th Block area, which is a mix of houses and small businesses. We have been working from this location for quite a while now, and it serves as the hub for our Bangalore development projects. The atmosphere inside is usually quite busy with architects and project managers coming in and out at all hours. We deal with a lot of different aspects of building, from checking land titles to making sure the plumbing on the tenth floor of a new building is actually going to work. Bangalore traffic often dictates our schedule, so if someone is late for a meeting, we usually just assume they are stuck on the ring road and carry on without them. The office isn't overly formal; you’ll see people in casual clothes more often than suits. We have a lot of shelves filled with samples of tiles, wood, and bricks that we are considering for various sites. It is a practical space where we solve daily construction headaches and try to keep everything on track despite the usual delays that come with building things in a big city.
