At M/S. Ranka Developers Pvt. Ltd., we are based in the R. T. Nagar area of Bangalore. Specifically, we are at No.70 on 2nd Main Road, right near the 5th Cross in Dinnur. If you know Bangalore, you know how these streets can get. It is a lively spot. Our office is in a building that has seen a lot of years, but it works for us. We have been here since before the area got so crowded. The post office is R. T. Nagar, 560 032. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make some filter coffee in the back. The walls are covered with site plans and some old photos of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The 5th Cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a pain sometimes. We are just a group of people who have been in the development business for a while. We don't go in for much talk. We prefer to just get on with the day. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily rush of Dinnur. It is a good place to keep your pulse on what is happening in the neighborhood. We are just around the corner if anyone needs us.
