You can find us at Mahalaxmi Layout in Bangalore. We are on the 1st Main, 6th Cross in Srikanteshwara Nagar. It’s a decent area to work in, though the traffic in this city is always a struggle for us. The office is at number 7. It’s a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the outside. M/S Ramky Infrastructure Limted works on infrastructure stuff which mostly involves a lot of logistics and managing people on different sites across the region. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us sitting around desks and talking on the phone. We drink a lot of coffee here since it’s a Bangalore thing, I guess. The rain sometimes messes with our schedule and makes things difficult, but we manage to keep going. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company out there. Finishing projects properly and on time is what we focus on. The neighborhood is usually quiet enough for us to get our work done. There are files that have been here since the day we moved in. It feels like a real workspace, with all the mess and the busy energy that comes with it. No fancy reception area with a secretary exists here. If you come in, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We prefer it that way because it’s more direct. There are no layers of management to go through just to ask a simple question. We just do our bit every day without any fuss.
