M/S. Ramky Infrastructure Limited, Hyderabad

Even though the name mentions Hyderabad, this particular branch of M/S. Ramky Infrastructure Limited is based right here in Bangalore at B. Channasandra. Specifically, we are at No:15 on Anakappa Reddy Road, right where the 1st Main and 4th Cross meet. The office is located in a part of town that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial park. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about local infrastructure projects, mostly engineers and site supervisors. The desks are usually covered in blueprints and maps of the city. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that is often where the real decisions get made. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we prefer it that way over some giant, empty office. We don't use much corporate lingo here. We talk about pipes, roads, and concrete in plain English. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that gives us time to catch up on things. The staff is local, so we know which roads are blocked and which suppliers are reliable. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big signs or polished floors. We just want a reliable place to coordinate our work and make sure the projects in this part of Bangalore stay on track without too many delays. We just keep our heads down and get the planning done for the next job.
