M/S. Raksha Group

M/S. Raksha Group is tucked away at No.460, 1st B Cross, 3rd Main in Mathikere. This part of Bangalore is where we have set up our home base. It is a residential area that has slowly seen more businesses like ours popping up over the years. We occupy a small building here and we use it for all our group operations. It isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we can gather and talk about what needs to get done for the week. We have a few rooms dedicated to different tasks, but mostly we all just chip in wherever help is needed. The morning usually starts with some coffee and a quick chat about the schedule. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live on the same street. It gives the place a very community-oriented feel. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for deliveries to reach us, but we usually just walk down and meet the drivers halfway. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. When things get busy, we stay late and order some food. When it's slow, we take the time to clean up the workspace. We don't use a lot of complicated systems, just basic lists and a bit of common sense to stay organized. That is how we have always done things around here.
