M/S Pinnacle Prime Construction Pvt Ltd is situated at No. 3, 3rd Cross in the Park View Layout. We are right on Renuka Yellama Temple Road in Amruthahalli. Bangalore 560092 is where we do all our construction planning. It is a nice enough area near the temple, so we get a lot of local traffic. The office is a basic place where we sit down with blueprints and talk to the crew. We spend most of our time out on sites, but this is where the main operations happen. Being in Amruthahalli puts us in a good spot for the growing parts of the city. We have been around the Park View Layout for some time now. People know us by the road we are on. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially during temple festivals. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. We try to stay organized, but construction is a messy business by nature. The 3rd Cross is usually quiet enough to get some work done. We like the location because it’s close to where our projects are. We’re just a bunch of people working on buildings and trying to make sure the materials arrive on time. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work every day. We’ve become part of the local scene here in Bangalore over the years and we just keep building things.
