Our office is on the 16th Main in BTM Layout, Bangalore. If you have ever been to BTM, you know it is a maze of PGs, small eateries, and constant traffic. We are right in the middle of all that energy. The building we are in is typical for this part of the city, with narrow stairs and a lot of different businesses sharing the space. We do development work, so our office is usually full of maps and legal documents. It is not a shiny glass tower; it is just a functional room where we get things done. The Bangalore weather is usually nice, but when it rains, the street outside gets messy and we all end up stuck in the office a bit longer. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate hierarchy here. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and making sure our projects are moving along. It is a lot of legwork. Sometimes we meet clients at the small cafes nearby because it is easier than finding parking near the office. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built correctly. It is just how a small Bangalore business operates.
