If you are looking for our office, we are located at Number 53 on the 5th Main in RPC Layout. This is part of Vijayanagar II Stage in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around here, so we usually tell people to give themselves some extra time if they are coming over for a meeting. We share this 6th Cross area with a lot of other local businesses and homes. Our space isn't one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks. It’s a more traditional building where we handle the development work for M/S Mantri Developers. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and talking to engineers. There are always rolls of blueprints sitting around on the tables. The atmosphere is pretty busy but casual. Someone is usually out getting coffee for the group or answering three phones at once. We’ve been in Karnataka for a long time, and we know this neighborhood well. It’s a lot of work coordinating between the sites and the office, and things don’t always go according to plan. We deal with delays, weather, and the usual city chaos. But we just keep at it, day by day, from this office in the 560040 area. It’s a grounded way to run a real estate company, staying right in the middle of a regular neighborhood where we can see the city changing.
