M/S Kundur Constructions

I'm Santosh Kumar and I run things here at Nagarbavi in Bangalore. The office is right on the 12th Main Road in the 1st Block. If you know this part of the 2nd Stage, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around. We have been doing construction stuff for a while now. It is mostly just about getting the right people for the job and making sure we have enough sand and bricks. The Bangalore rain sometimes makes things difficult, especially when we are trying to finish a roof or dig a foundation. Inside the office, it’s pretty simple. We have some files, a couple of old computers, and plenty of coffee mugs. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We just like building things. Most of the day is spent on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on the workers. My team is small but they know what they are doing. We don't spend money on fancy ads. People usually find us because they saw one of our sites or heard from a neighbor. It’s a lot of sweat and sometimes things go a bit slow, but that’s just how building work is. We just keep at it day after day. It is a noisy job but seeing a building actually go up makes it worth the trouble. We stay local and work hard.
