You can find Kap (India) Projects on the second floor of the Ramanashree Arcade. We are right on M.G. Road in Bangalore, which is a pretty well-known spot for anyone living here. It is No. 18 if you are looking for the building number on the street. Even though we are in a very busy part of the city, the office itself is just a regular, quiet workspace. We spend most of our time looking at project plans and dealing with different contractors. It is not a fancy place with a bunch of perks or modern decorations. We just have our desks and some old chairs for when people come to visit us. Being in the 560 001 area means there is always noise from the street traffic, but we have learned to tune it out. We have been at this for quite some time now. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone knows someone we worked for before, and that is how we get new jobs. We just try to get the construction jobs finished without too many headaches or delays. Sometimes there are problems with materials or the weather, but that is just part of the business. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. It is just us doing the work that needs to be done. We keep things grounded and just focus on the projects we have in front of us.
