Our Bangalore office is at Richmond Place Apartment on Convent Road. It's unit 202. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a while now. Being in the city center means there's always a lot of noise and traffic right outside the door. It’s a busy place. Jaiprakash Associates is the name on the door, and we handle various bits of the business from here. It’s not a huge industrial site, just an apartment converted into an office space. It feels a bit more like a home than a cold corporate building, which we actually prefer. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on the phone. Managing projects from a distance takes a lot of talking. The staff here is small and we’ve worked together for years. We know each other's families and how we all like our tea. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the rain makes everything slow down, but we keep going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our tasks and make sure the records are updated. It’s straightforward work. If you're looking for us, we're just near the main road, tucked away in the apartment block. It’s a good spot for us to keep things running. We don't need a fancy glass tower to get our jobs done. This works just fine for us every day. We usually close up around 6 PM and go home.
