Our workspace isn't a loud factory, but it stays busy with people looking over environmental plans for water and air. Shelves here are crowded with old manuals and various filter samples we’ve collected over the months. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Most mornings start with a round of tea while we figure out which site needs a technician. Being a small crew means nobody is just sitting at a desk all day; we all pitch in with the technical stuff. There aren't any flashy posters about our goals on the walls, just some maps and technical drawings held up with tape. We focus on the practical side of things, like how to fix a failing pump or testing a water sample. Often, the lights are still on late because we’re arguing over a report or some new government rule. It’s just how things go here in this little corner of Bengaluru. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just do the work, handle the paperwork, and try to make it home before the evening gridlock gets too bad. It's a long day usually.
