Bangalore is a fast place, and out here in M.S. Ramaiah City, we’re right in the middle of it. M/S Fusion India Project Management Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 109, and it’s a pretty standard setup. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to people on different sites across the country. Project management sounds like it’s all big ideas, but mostly it’s just making sure people show up and things get built on time. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints, but that’s just how we work. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s more about the desks being full and the coffee machine running. The weather in Karnataka is usually decent, which helps when we have to travel around for inspections. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve seen how projects can go sideways if you aren't looking at the small stuff. So, we focus on the small stuff. It’s a lot of coordination and checking things twice. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are coming up, but that’s the nature of the job. We keep things pretty simple here at number 109. No one is wearing suits unless they absolutely have to. We just want to get the management side of things handled so the construction can keep going without a hitch. It’s a lot of work, but we like the pace of it.
