M/S Facilities & Building Solutions Pvt Ltd, (Fabs)

Down here in Bangalore, specifically at No.55 in BSK III Stage, our office at M/S Facilities & Building Solutions Pvt Ltd is usually humming with activity. Most people just call us Fabs. It’s a bit of a maze getting through III Main and V Cross if you aren't from around here. We spend our days looking at building plans and figuring out maintenance schedules. It’s not just sitting at a desk all day. A lot of the time, we are out at different sites across the city. The traffic in Bangalore is something else, so we plan our routes carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. Our space is filled with files, blueprints, and coffee mugs. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and the local chai shop owner knows us all by name. We handle things like plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep. It’s the kind of work that never really stops because buildings always need something fixed. We aren't a huge corporate giant with hundreds of employees. It’s a tight group of us who have worked together for years. We know each other’s strengths and just get on with the tasks at hand. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s quiet enough to actually organize the storage room. It’s a decent living and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of us have been here long enough that the office feels like a second home.
