MRSN SMART BUILDING CONSULTANTS is situated at C-17, Pradhan Pelican in Nyanappanahalli. We are right near the Krishna Kuteera Restaurant, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in BTM 6th Stage in Bengaluru means we deal with the typical city buzz and the constant flow of traffic. The building, Pradhan Pelican, has a few other offices too, so there is always some movement in the hallways. Our space is mostly full of blueprints, sketches, and a couple of large monitors where we look at building plans. It’s not a silent office; there is usually a lot of discussion going on about layouts or structural details. The smell of sambar and filter coffee from the restaurant nearby often drifts into our windows around noon, which makes everyone hungry. We don't have a corporate dress code here; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of looking at technical drawings. Bengaluru weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it isn't too dusty outside. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of printer ink at the worst time, but we just manage. People drop in to talk about their construction projects, and we sit down with them over some tea to go over the details. It is a humble place where we just focus on the work at hand without any extra fuss.
