Mr. Gnanamurthy, Advocate

Gnanamurthy is an advocate here in Bangalore. We work out of the Karunamol K.S Jyothidhan Study House. It’s located at number 6 on 7th Cross in Bhavani Nagar. The area is under the DRC Post. Being in a study house gives the place a bit of a different feel than a standard law office. It’s quiet and there are books around. We deal with a lot of legal papers every day. Mr. Gnanamurthy is usually busy reading or talking to clients in the small meeting area we have. We don't have a big team of paralegals or anything like that. It’s just a few of us keeping the files in order and making sure deadlines are met. The 7th Cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a headache sometimes. Most people just walk or take an auto to get here. We aren't trying to be one of those big law firms you see in the movies. We just take the cases as they come and try to give people honest help. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more focused on the work at hand. It’s a practical environment for someone looking for legal advice without the fancy overhead costs that you find in the city center offices. We usually wrap things up by six.
