Motzkin Park Terrace

Our place is out on Handenahalli Road, which feels a lot different than being in the middle of the city. We are pretty close to the Indus International School, so we see the school buses rolling by all the time. Being near Sarjapur Village gives it a bit of a slower pace. It is mostly about managing the property here at number 216 and making sure the grounds look okay. Sometimes the dust from the road gets to be a bit much, especially when it has not rained in a while. We spend a lot of our days walking around the terrace area and checking on things. It is a decent spot for people who do not want to hear horns honking every five minutes. The gate stays busy with deliveries and people coming home from work in the evenings. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us making sure everything runs like it should. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues or keeping the grass trimmed. It is practical work. People living here seem to like the quiet of the village side. We just try to keep the place tidy and functional. It is not perfect, but we put in the effort every day. You can hear the birds more than the traffic out here, which is nice when you are taking a break from the sun and just checking the perimeter.
