Our factory is located at 197 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s a long haul out on Hosur Main Road in the Anekal area. If you’ve ever driven that way, you know the traffic can be something else with all the big trucks. We do metal forming here. That means the shop floor is always loud with the sound of presses and metal being moved around. It’s a gritty job, and we usually go home with some dirt on our clothes. The shed is large and gets pretty hot during the middle of the day. We’ve got a small office at the front where we handle the orders and the payroll, but most of us prefer being out where the machines are. We aren't interested in making things look perfect for visitors. We just focus on making sure the parts are formed correctly and that they get loaded onto the trucks on time. We’ve been in Bommasandra for years and have seen the whole area grow up around us. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the noise, but it’s what we know. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the forming work, and try to beat the traffic back home at the end of the shift. It’s just how life is out on Hosur Road, and we’ve gotten used to the noise by now.
