Moorthy & Associates is located in Vasanth Nagar. The address is Hathibaug 26/21. It’s an older part of the neighborhood, which we quite like. There’s a lot of history in these streets. Our office is in one of those buildings that has seen a lot of years. It’s got high ceilings and those old-fashioned windows. Hathibaug is usually a bit quieter than the main roads. We like the peace. It helps us stay on track with our work. We’ve been at 26/21 for a good while. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a simple door with our name. We mostly just drink a lot of coffee and talk through the projects. Vasanth Nagar is a nice place to walk around during lunch. There are some good small eateries nearby. We don’t really bother with marketing or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep our files organized and our desks a bit messy. That’s just how we work. Being at Hathibaug 26/21 feels right for us. It’s not flashy, but it works. Moorthy & Associates is just a small team in an old building. We have a leaky faucet in the back that we’ve put a bucket under. It makes a rhythmic sound while we work. Vasanth Nagar has a lot of charm, and we feel lucky to be in Hathibaug.
