Moog Motion Controls Pvt.Ltd. is based over at the Latitude Building, which is Site No.42 and 43 in Doraisanipalya Village, Bilekahalli. It is one of those places where the work really speaks for itself without us having to say much. We have been in this spot for a good while now, and most of the guys here are used to the rhythm of the village and the busy streets outside. The building itself is pretty functional. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a big, shiny lobby because that isn’t really what we are about. Most of the floor space is taken up by the equipment and the systems we work on every day. It’s a lot of motion control stuff, which means there are always parts and tools lying around on the benches. We just show up in the morning, get the coffee going, and start looking at the tasks for the day. Sometimes the traffic in Bilekahalli makes things a bit slow for deliveries, but we manage to get everything sorted out eventually. It is just a regular group of people working here, trying to make sure the jobs get done right the first time. We don’t go in for big mission statements or corporate talk. We just focus on the machines and the technical side of things. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we spend our hours making sure everything is moving like it should. That’s just life here.
