Montimers

Montimers is tucked away in Koramangala on 2Nd Cross in the Journalist Colony. The full address is Arumuga Mudaliar Road 12, also known as New 3 on 3Rd Main in the Chandra Reddy Layout, near St Bed. It sounds like a lot, and it is, but once you get here, it’s a nice little corner of the city. We have a small team and our desks are all pushed together in one main room. It makes it easy to ask questions, though it can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. We’ve got a lot of samples and catalogs taking up the shelf space, and there’s always a stray ruler or pencil hiding under a stack of paper. The street outside is usually lined with scooters, and we spend a fair bit of time looking out the window at the people walking by. We don't really have a formal way of doing things, we just take the work as it comes and try to stay organized. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get parcels for everyone, and we eat right at our desks. It’s a bit of a messy way to work but it’s how we’ve always done it. We’ve known some of our clients for years and they just drop by whenever they are in the area. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood, which is something I really like about being here.
