Our place is right opposite the Canara Bank in Begur. It’s an easy landmark for anyone trying to find us here in Bangalore 68. Monier Roofings has been a part of this area for a bit. Being near the bank means there’s always people moving around, which is nice for the energy of the place. We focus on the roofing side of things, helping folks figure out what they need for their homes or buildings. It’s not a complicated business model. We get the tiles and the parts in, and we get them out to the people who need them. The office is a bit cramped sometimes with all the paperwork and samples lying around, but we manage. Bangalore weather can be tricky, so we get a lot of questions about how our stuff holds up in a heavy downpour. We just tell it like it is. No point in making things sound better than they are. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad most days, unless the rain hits hard. Then everything stops. We like being in Begur. It feels like a real community.
